　　It's hoped that ...

　　大家希望……

　　【关键一点】　以上结构除了It's hoped that ...“大家希望……”外，其他表达可以改为sb./sth.is said/thought/believed/reported to do sth.，不定式根据情况有时态和语态的变化。
