　　Huckleberry Finn

　　Novelist Ernest Hemingway famously said, “All modern American literature comes from one book by Mark Twain called Huckleberry Finn. ... All American writing comes from that. There was nothing before. There has been nothing as good since.” During their trip down the Mississippi on a raft, Twain describes in a satirical (嘲讽的) and humorous way Huck and Jim's encounters with hypocrisy, racism, violence and other evils of American society.
