(2017·安庆高三模拟)Knowing how to learn is an important step to be a successful learner, and if you know how to

　　learn, you are ahead of the game.

　　When it comes to learning, people can be divided into three main types: visual learners, auditory (听觉的) learners and physical learners.

　　If you seem to easily gain information from pictures, graphs, and videos, you are likely a visual learner. If you seem to remember things by hearing them, whether you listen to a lecture or repeat information out aloud, then you are likely an auditory learner. If you seem to learn best by working with your hands or testing out what you are shown, you are likely a physical learner.

　　So now the trick is to find out how to use your newly­found knowledge to help you in your classes. For visual learners, take notes by drawing graphs and connecting ideas instead of just copying down a list. Download the notes or presentations if your professor makes them available. This way, you can go back over them before an exam and quickly reread to gain the information. For auditory learners, if you think you can obtain permission from the professor, you can record the lecture for future listening.

　　If you find taking notes distracts (分散注意力) you from listening, ask a friend if you can borrow his notes after the lecture and write down everything you remember. One method that can help physical learners is to take notes either by writing or typing in order to actively deal with the information as you receive it.
