　　Seeing off Meng Haoran to Guangling at the Yellow Crane Tower written by Li Bai，a great Chinese poet，is one of the most famous farewell poems.

　　According to the first and second sentences，Meng Haoran，Li Bai's intimate，would leave for Yangzhou when the flowers were in full bloom.The two were bidding farewell to each other at the Yellow Crane Tower.The last two sentences seem to portray the landscape.But reading between the lines，you can discover more than that.When the solitary sail gradually vanished on the edge of blue sky，Li Bai had in fact been gazing at it for a long time，which shows an extraordinary friendship between the two，and also Li's great longing for Yangzhou.Now Li saw nothing but the Yangtze River rolling to the far horizon beyond the sky，what was left was a touch of sadness.

　　Instead of pouring out sorrow and sadness directly，Li Bai employed many images to reflect his emotions in this poem.Thus readers can easily paint a picture in their mind and be easily touched by the poem.
