I want to inform you of the terrible service I received in your store.
I visited your store last week to purchase a new camera. The salesman was very rude and refused to answer my questions about the camera I chose.I do not consider it unreasonable to ask for information about something I want to buy.
Your advertisements on television state that you always provide quality customer service. However, the salesman is not a good example.Of course,I did not buy the camera in the end.
I look forward to receiving your explanation for your employee’s behavior.I hope you will prevent this from happening again.
Yours faithfully,
Li Hua

Some people view a bad situation as a disaster. It’s not. It’s an opportunity.Once your old world collapses, you can recover and rebuild. Now you have the chance to start fresh and do things more intelligently.
I built my first business on an unstable structure.I kept it going for years, but the business collapsed last year.I had to leave my office, selling off all the furniture and equipment.I got kicked out of my apartment because I couldn’t pay the rent.I couldn’t pay my bills or debt.I declared bankruptcy.
For years there was the worry that this might happen if I didn’t keep straining to keep the business going. And my worries were right. What I worried would happen did happen.
