　　●重点句型：

　　1. At that time people would starve if food was difficult to find, especially during the cold winter months.那时，如果难以找到食物,人们就会挨饿,特别是在寒冷的冬天。

　　(1) sb/sth be adj + to do sth 在该结构中,不定式用主动形式表示被动意义,如后面的动词是不及物动词,则要加上相应的介词

　　(2) 能用此结构的adj 有: easy, hard, difficult, interesting, good 等

　　English for some people is very hard to learn. 对一些人来说，英语很难学。

　　He is hard to get along with. 他很难相处。

　　2. it作形式主语的常用句式: 1) It be+adj (possible, strange,necessary…)that+sb +should do

　　It is important that he (should) attend the meeting every day.

　　2) it is said/thought/believed/reported that+从句据说/认为/报道

　　3）it is a pity/ no wonder that+从句真遗憾/难怪…
