　　Good_morning,_everyone!

　　The_topic_of_my_speech_today_is_“Thoughts_on_becoming_a_grown­up”. It's my great honor to stand here to make a speech on behalf of those students who are adults.

　　When in childhood, I longed for the childhood to be over, for I thought I could get rid of being bound hand and foot by my parents' disciplines.

　　And now, I'm already 18 years old and something of an adult. I'm on fire with excitement!

　　I begin to put myself upon thinking about my life goal. At the same time I feel a strong sense of responsibility to myself and my parents.

　　Actions speak louder than words－shouldering my responsibility, I will never surrender in my way to goal for the time to come. Here I hope that every adult can head for their targets and live to the fullest!
