First of all, you are supposed to adjust your attitude towards achieving good results. Don’t focus on the result too much, because it is only normal for people to win or lose in a contest. Secondly, you will feel much happier by diverting your attention to something else, such as reading your favorite book, listening to music or going for a walk outdoors. Finally, communicating with your parents and friends can effectively relieve your stress.
