　　if not属于if型省略结构意为“如果不是这样的话若非如此”。常见的if型省略结构：(1)if＋形容词：if necessary(如有必要)(如(2)if＋过去分词：if与分词之间省略了“从句主语＋be”(3)if not：可视为一个否定条件状语从句的省略形式(4)if so：如果这样/那样的话(5)if＋不定代词：if any(如果真有的话)(6)if＋时间类副词：if ever(若曾经有的话)　If not，you will catch a cold.

　　be said to do是固定句型意为“据说……”。其中to do 根据实际需要改变形式。如果动作发生在谓语动词之前用be said to have done。此句型也可改为“It is said that...”。本句可改为：It’s said that the Yeti is a large and hairy animal that walks on two feet like a human being.　温馨提示　可以用于这个句型的动词有：report, 等。类似用法的句型：＝It is/was believed that sb./sth....大家都相信…… ＝It is/was reported that sb./sth....据报道……＝It is/was supposed that sb./sth....大家公认为……(well) known to do＝It is/was (well) known that sb./sth....众所周知……＝It is/was thought that sb./sth....大家公认为……was said to be reading in the study when the earthquake happened.
