　　都可以用来表示“查阅，参考”的意义，但是其宾语有所不同：

　　consult (refer to)＋a book/dictionary/encyclopedia，etc.

　　look up sth.in a book/dictionary/encyclopedia，etc.

　　3 recommend vt.推荐，举荐；劝告做，建议Ð‹advise_ËÍ

　　[应试指导]　(1)虚拟语气的考查　(2)后跟非谓语动词的考查　(3)推荐信高频词汇

　　recommend sb.sth.＝recommend sth.to sb.向某人推荐某物

　　recommend doing sth.建议JZÐ‹

　　recommend sb.to do sth.劝告某人做……

　　recommend sb.as...推荐某人当……

　　recommend that...should do...建议某人……

　　a letter of recommendation推荐信
