Water lily leaves torn by coins

Tourists have a strange habit of throwing coins at historical relics or bodies of water, but this habit can sometimes be harmful to the scenic spots they visit. At a scenic area in Daming Lake in Jinan, visitors who threw coins to make wishes onto giant water lily leaves made holes in them. The royal water lily leaves, were riddled with holes, as visitors make wishes and throw coins on them.
