B: Haven’t we done that already?

在第一个例句中，“Isn’t she famous?”表示反问，它和“Is she famous?”相比“Isn’t she famous?”显得更加确定，语气更加惊讶。而在第二个例句中，如果男士只是说“Have we done that already?”，就不能表现否定疑问句“Haven’t we done that already?”强调的感情色彩。
