LONDON, Oct. 27 -- Liverpool remain six points clear at the top of the English Premier League after recovering from a Harry Kane goal after just 47 seconds to beat Tottenham 2-1 in a thrilling game on Sunday afternoon.

Tottenham had a chance to go 2-0 up early in the second half, but Son Heung-min's shot came back off the bar and the visitors ended up paying for the miss in a game where they had less than 25 percent of possession.
