中华人民永远不会忘记历史上长达8年的抗日战争；不会忘记1931年9月18日的“九一八事变”；不会忘记1937年12月13日的南京大屠杀；不会忘记中国政府被迫签订的一个又一个不平等的条约，让中国从一个泱泱大国变成的一文不值；更不会忘记1860年10月6日，英法联军闯入圆明园，夺走了许多奇珍异宝，抢走了中国的名人书画等。1860年10月18和19日，英法联军火烧圆明园，使这座世界上最大的博物馆、艺术馆，最美丽的建筑变成一片灰烬。
