因材施教，发展自我

Teach students according to their aptitude and develop themselves

“因材施教”这是一个大家普遍接受的思想。成功需要汗水需要付出，但更需要对学习主体客观的分析与了解，扬长补短，发挥自己的优势，这样我们才能更好地发展自我，实现人生价值。

"Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" is a generally accepted idea. Success needs hard work, but it needs more objective analysis and understanding of the learning subject to develop our strengths and make up for our weaknesses, so that we can better develop ourselves and realize the value of life.

兔子是短跑冠军不会游泳，这是由它先天条件决定的。而鸭子教练却逼着兔子、松鼠学游泳，功夫费了不少，但成效却不大！自己却还不明原因地而嚷嚷“成功的90%来自汗水。加油！加油！”这是一个多么可悲的例子，试想，如果那只兔子不但没有学会游泳，反而把跑步的本领也给忘了，那又该怎么办呢？
