初夏的麦子

这个过程是怎样的呢？让我来讲给你们听：农民伯伯先用犁把土翻松，把一粒粒种子种到土里面。然后浇水、施肥。过了几天，小种子就悄悄地钻出了地面，来看看外面的大千世界。农民伯伯还帮它锄草、松土。小麦苗渐渐的长高了，绿绿的麦苗在田野里随风起伏。在雨水的浇灌下，小麦苗长出了长长的麦穗。因为雨水和阳光充足，里面的麦粒就会一天比一天饱满。经过好几个月的生长，到了六月盛夏，它们就变成了耀眼的金黄色。夏天是麦子成熟的季节，农民伯伯用镰刀（现在有的也用收割机）把麦子割下来进行脱壳、晒场，然后将晒干后的麦仁装进口袋。一部分自己留着作口粮，一部分当下次种麦子的种子，还有一部分卖给国家。国家把从农民伯伯那儿买的麦子运到工厂里，工人们再把这些麦仁磨成面粉。我们现在吃的面包、馒头、饺子、包子等面食，都是用小麦磨成的面粉制成的。看来我们的生活中不能缺少了麦子，也应该更加珍惜粮食！我摘的麦子现在还留着，因为秋天种比较合适。我打算今年秋天在院子里把它种下去，等到明年的六月，麦子就会成熟了。通过这篇日记，我认识了麦子，也了解了麦子的生长过程。我很高兴，因为我又增长了一些新知识！
