瘦子摘下苹果，放到鼻子前一闻，啊，真香，可胖子急红了眼，连声说：“瘦子，把苹果还给我。”瘦子说：“苹果是我的，不给你。”胖子急了，他松开木板去争夺苹果。这下可糟了，木板一滑，胖子和瘦子一同掉下了悬崖。可怜的老鼠，他们不但没有吃到苹果，还把自己的命给送了。
