自家烧烤羊肉串

我叔叔借来了一个炉子，准备就绪，炭火被点着了，闪着红光，发出劈里啪啦的响声！炉子旁边放着许多佐料，我不慌不忙的那起三串羊肝放在炉子上烤。烤到一半的时候，我用油刷沾了一点羊油，在肝上上下来回地刷。油亮亮的，然后我又捏点孜然、辣椒面、盐撒在上面，闻着香香的。
