面试常见问题：复试注意事项

Follow up letter is also one important part of interview. After you return from your visit, write follow-up letters to your interviewers. If you interviewed with several individuals, plan to write individual thank-you letters.

跟进信函也是面试中重要的一个部分。回来之后，给面试者写一封跟进信。如果你有多位面试官，给每个人都单独写一封感谢信。

13. Make each interview a learning experience

从每次面试中汲取经验

After the interview, write down what you have learned. Ask yourself following questions：

面试后，写下自己学到的东西。问一问自己这些问题：

* Did I present my qualifications well? 我很好地展示了自己的技能吗？

* Did I talk too much? 我说得太多了吗?

* What can I do to improve my next interview? 对下一次面试要如何改善?

With the help of these questions, you can make plans to improve your skills.

在这些问题的帮助下，你就能制定计划提高面试水平。
