Drink plenty of water is essential in summer. We should avoid drinking tea and coffee, which will increase water loss through urination. Eat light meal which includes lower protein food (fruit, vegetables and salad). Try hard to maintain a good quality of sleep at night. The above methods can lightly ease our tiredness.
Ultimately, I think staying in air-conditioned place is the best way to keep us awake during this radiating summer.
