It also hurts your relationships because you can't please everyone, and someone will likely end up getting hurt. And if you're always trying to get affirmation, you may constantly be fishing for compliments from your colleagues, which can get on people's nerves. Be assertive and confident about your abilities and the work that you do.

1.别去讨好卖乖。喵星人很少会去讨好人。它们不会对你唯命是从，也不会像其他宠物一样一再地想从你这里得到认同。喵星人只想得到它们想要的宠爱，一旦它们感到满意了，就会自己走开。在工作中，想要讨好所有人的人往往容易被利用。而且这种做法也会有损你和同事的关系，因为你不可能让所有人满意，总有人会受伤。如果你总是想要得到别人的认可，那么就相当于在向同事邀赏，这会给同事造成压力。要坚信自己的能力和自己所做的事情。
