A. 提高嗓音说话,不能给人权威感。
低沉的声音会比尖高的声音来得有权威,这对男女而言皆不例外。不过低沉的嗓音并不需要喃喃闷语,应以稳重冷静的腔调为原则。降低嗓音的一个诀窍是说话时,将嘴张开一点;因为嘴张大点时,能产生自然的共鸣腔帮你降低嗓音,使得音调较有说服力。
B. 可以惯有嗓音与低沉嗓音轮流发音,做自我嗓音控制训练。
另一个降低嗓音的方式,是轮流以正常的声调与降低的声调发音。为能确实掌握,可借助录音机。先以平常的嗓音用‘啊'发声,之后放松,再作三个深呼吸,轻轻转动颈部,再将嘴张大,用‘啊'发音。播放录音带时,即可发现其间的不同。
C. 训练说话的声调,应从平日说话中,一步步来。
