2) Aerobics: This is another good type of exercise. Usually many people do this together. The teacher stands in the front of the room and the students mirror her actions. Often, Aerobics can be seen on TV. This is a very tiring type of exercise.

The second type is machine weights. These weights are attached to machines that the person uses to lift the weights. This is safer than using free weights. The results from both are about the same. Weightlifting is a good way to get big muscles. However, the weights are usually expensive. Most people join a gym in order to lift weights.
3)举重:举重分两种。第一种是自由举重。把重量加在一根杠杆上,上下举动杠杆来锻炼身体。第二种是机器举重。重量加在人们练举重的机器上。这种举重比自由举重安全,但效果是一样的。举重是练肌肉的好方法。但练举重花费很大,大多数人为了练举重而去健身房。
