　　如：so I can stand on mountains 读为

　　其次，在词尾以等接元音时可以加

　　如：me up?

　　另外，摩擦音与其后面的首元音连读

　　如：wait here in the silence 读为

　　第三，新式浊化：有时单词词尾的辅音连缀可以和后面的某个元音开头的单词形成一种新的浊化现象。

　　如：Sit awhile 读为

　　要听懂这些特殊的发音，就要先会读，所以读熟歌词练习发音技巧是相当有效的。

　　另外，这首歌里有些用词也是值得学习的。

　　1. down : low in spirits; depressed;如：I am feeling down today.

　　2. still: free from disturbance, agitation, or commotion

　　3. more than I can be: more than 在这里相当于over;如I love you more than I can say.

　　4. raise up: 原指lift ，不过在这里用其connotation: encourage or inspire.

　　5. Sit awhile: sit for a while or moment

　　6. burdened: bearing a heavy burden of work or difficulties or responsibilities

　　听力绝不是一天两天就能练成的，它需要的是耐心和毅力。没有量变，是不可能达到质变的。歌曲是大家比较容易接受和喜欢的素材，但是并不是听几首歌就能提高听力的。只有选择适合你的歌曲，使用正确的方法，精听和泛听结合，我相信成为听力高手绝不是一个遥不可及的梦想。
