10.给自己留些时间这是成功女人的习惯当中我最喜欢的一条:花时间为自己充电,补给自己的情绪、精神和身体能量。每天至少花上几分钟独处 -- 即使你必须把自己锁在洗手间里来这样做也没关系。
10. Take time for yourselfThis habit for highly successful women is my favorite: take time to recharge your batteries and refuel your emotional, spiritual, and physical energy. Spend at least a few minutes alone each day - even if you have to lock yourself in the bathroom to do it!
