四、Method
做法
1.Cook the noodle in hot water with salt until soft, drain and soak for 5 minutes within cold water, then drain.
1.把面条用滚水加点盐煮到软,然后放到凉水里泡上5分钟,取出滤干水份备用。
2.Clean shrimps, drain and mix with marinadefor 15 minutes.
2.把虾洗干净,滤干然后腌制15分钟。
3.Chop bell pepper, carrot and onion into thin shreds. Soaked the dry black fungus until soft, tear into small pieces.
3.把甜椒,胡萝卜,和洋葱切成丝。把黑木耳泡软切成小块。
4.Heat wokwith oil, place 1 tablespoon of oil to wok, stir fry shrimps in middle heat and dish up.
4.坐锅点火,放入一大勺油,把虾仁放入,中火炒至断生盛起备用。
5.Heat up again the wok with the rest oil, add in onion and stir fry until fragrant. Add carrot and stir fry for 1 minute, then add in bell pepper and black fungus, return the spaghetti and seasoning, stir till all ingredients well-mixed. Dish up and serve.
5.把剩下油放入烧热,放入洋葱炒出香味,加入胡萝卜翻炒1分钟后加入甜椒和黑木耳,把面条回锅翻炒,加入调味,翻炒完全均匀后盛起。
