　　观点 From my perspective, I don`t agree with the opinion。

　　理由 And the reason why I don`t think so is because putting ideas into practice is the pre-requisite to the achievement。

　　Without putting ideas into practice,even though some people could come up with brilliant ideas, theyre nothing but some ideas on the paper。

　　举例 Take Fashion designer for example, they are some excellent chaps who could draw plenty of fashionable and chic clothes on the paper, however, what if there is no team who could make those clothes, it means nothing。

　　题目 2 Do you think any recent changes in the way people live have affected general shopping habits?

　　观点 Yes, from my perspective, it has affected people`s general shopping habits。

　　理由 And the reason why I think so is because, with the development/increase of people`s income, more and more people could afford not only necessities in their lives, but also plenty of high-quality stuff, just like, luxury brands。

　　举例 Take youngster for example, more and more proportion of luxurious brands all over the world is contributed by Chinese youngsters who buy plenty of these stuff in China or overseas。
