Reports from Syriasay that a suicide car bomber detonatedexplosives outside a military post in the villageof Ziyara in the country's central Hama province. The postis reported to be one of the biggest military positions in the area. The SyrianObservatory for Human Rights, an activist group based in theUKsays thatthe bomber came from the al-Nusra Front, that's an Islamist group which actsindependently from other Syrian rebel factions. If the number of the dead areconfirmed, the attack would be one of the biggest single strikes against Syriangovernment forces in the country's year and a half long conflict.
