Screw是一个螺丝，loose是松的意思。所以 to have a screw loose从字面上来解释就是：一个螺丝松了。作为一个俗语，它的意思就是：某人的脑子不正常，因为他脑子里有些地方的接头松了。我们来举个例子说明这个俗语在口语里是怎么用的。这是一个人在回忆他大学里的一个同学：
