Viktoria Rebensburg of Germany won the gold medal in the women's giant slalom of the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics at the Whistler Creekside on Thursday.
Rebensburg claimed the title in 2 minutes and 27.11 seconds, only 0.04 second faster than Tina Maze of Slovenia, who won the silver medal.
"Unbelievable, unbelievable, unbelievable. I don't know what to say. It just sounds so strange," said the German.

"I just want to enjoy the ceremony and the rest of the day. We'll celebrate tonight," she added.
Maze also finished second in the super-G.
