在这里，What I say and think ＝What I say and what I think，指的是两个分离的过程，所以主句动词用复数。
名词性that分句作主语通常用于it先行结构。例如：
1．It was obvious that the driver could not control his car．很显然那位司机控制不了他的汽车。
