In my opinion, exploring outer space will be good for human beings. First, it will help us find new resources. Second, it will help us learn more about the outer space. Finally, I believe it will also help us find ways to fight against pollution on the Earth.

　　这篇学生习作从总体上来看是符合写作任务的要求的。它抓住了写作任务要求谈论的问题,观点鲜明,语言也比较通顺,基本完成了写作要求。

　　但是,文章中也暴露出一些不足,首先,文章的结构是头大、身体小。这样,文章的重点部分,即阐明自己观点并说明原因的部分就显得非常薄弱。

　　其次,文章里的一些过渡做得不太好。如:第一、第二两句间过渡太仓促,如果改为:However, recently some people have said ..., 就很好了。      然后,第三句话I totally against this point of view应该是I am totally against this point of view, 小作者错把介词against 误用作动词,这也是一个常见的错误,同学们在平时写作中一定要注意避免犯语法错误。      最后,结尾句也略显仓促,如果改为In a word, exploring outer space should be encouraged and is worth the time and money we spend on it. 就更好地呼应了题目要求了。

　　In recent years, with the development of modern science and technology, people have been further exploring outer space. However, some people complain that this kind of exploration costs too much money, which should be used to protect the Earth. I don’t agree with this point of view.
