　　I would like to imagine myself being a CEO(Chief Executive Officer)at the age of 35.I would consider myself successful because I have enough money to support my family,afford a beautiful house with a large garden,and above all,I am well respected and enjoy a high social status.By no means is the way to success easy and smooth.First of all,I have to plan carefully.For the sake of my company and staff members,I weigh all options cautiously and make well informed assessment.I keep it in mind that a careful design is half way to success.Secondly,I am not afraid to take risks.While failure is unavoidable,opportunities are born with risks.Therefore,taking risks is the necessary way to success,which also ensures prosperity into the future.Finally,perseverance is part of my personality.When I fail,I would stick to my original goal and would not give up hope in any case.
