　　名词性从句的定义： 在复合句中起名词作用的从句叫名词性从句

　　(Noun Clauses）。名词从句的功能相当于 名词词组, 它在复合句中能担任主语、宾语、 表语、同位语、介词宾语等，因此根据它在 句中不同的语法功能，名词从句又可分为: 主语从句、宾语从句、表语从句和同位语从句。

　　{ The news is important. What he wants is enough money. 表语

　　{ This is a story book. This is what he wants.

　　宾语 I don’t like his job. I don’t like what he said just now. 同位语

　　Mrs Black won’t believe that her son has become a thief.

　　My idea is that we should do it right now。

　　have no idea where he comes from. The question is whether it is worth doing. Why he did it wasn’t quite clear. That he will come is certain.

　　Some people feel that Wales is an ancient fairy land.

　　一.主语从句 在复合句中作主句的主语。引导词有连词that (that 不可省), whether; 代词有who, what ,which; 副词 when ,where, how, why 等。 如: 1.That he is a famous singeris known to us.
