　　As we all know, we are what we eat, however, bad eating habits are very common among us students. All these bad habits surely do harm to our health. What’s more, some students lack exercise because of too much homework to do.

　　To improve our health, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables and we have to keep a balanced diet. Besides, we’d better exercise every day to make our bodies strong. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health.

　　In conclusion, if we stick to the advice given above, we’ll lead a healthy life.
