　　当主语由“either...or...”，“neither...nor...”或“not only...but also...”连接时，谓语动词与最邻近的主语保持一致

　　Either you or she is to go.

　　当主语是由“not A but B” 结构组成时，谓语动词的数取决于B的数

　　Not you but your brother is to blame.

　　如果句子是由here、there引导，而主语又不止一个，则谓语动词的数通常和最邻近的主语一致
