　　M:Why,who’s it from?

　　W:It’s from our Swedish customers.They’re saying that the order they received today isn’t right.Some of the engine parts have been left out.

　　M:How did that happen? Did we send the order by lorry or air?

　　W:We always send everything to Sweden by sea.

　　M:And how long will it be if we send another order by ship? At least three or four weeks,I suppose.

　　W:We could get another order together by Monday,and it could be with them in a week if it went by air.

　　M:That’s what we’d better do then.I think I’ll phone Sweden and apologize.What’s the boss’s name?Johnson,isn’t it? Does he say what he wants to do?

　　W:They want us to consider lowering the price!

　　M:Oh,no,we can’t do that.
