　　【温馨提示】 有时不定式前可以有for sb。 He's eager for her to go with him. 他渴望她同他一起去。 eager adj.表示“热切的”“渴望的”，注意以下结构：

　　①表示渴望得到某物，后接介词for，after，about等。 We are all eager for/after knowledge. 我们都求知心切。 He is eager for/after/about success. 他渴望成功。 (三个介词中，以介词for最为普通。) ②有时可后接that从句，此时从句谓语一般都用“should＋动词原形”这样的虚拟语气。 He's eager that they(should) come to see him. 他很希望他们来看他。
