　　(1)as well 相当于too和 also，用于肯定句中，表示“也，又，而且”，用于句尾。

　　(2)may/might as well 表示委婉的建议，意思是“我们不妨……，我们还是……吧”。

　　(3)as well as用做连词，连接两个相当的成分，如名词、形容词、介词、动词等，通常不位于句首。此时 as well as强调的重点在前面，不在后面。连接两个主语时，谓语动词的数与前一个主语保持一致。

　　(4)as well as做介词，相当于 besides, in addition to，意为“除……之外”，后接名词、代词、动名词。

　　(5)as well as表示比较，意为“和……一样好”。
