　　On Wednesday afternoon we, in our classroom, held a class meeting on the theme of focusing on mental health of middle school students, and all the classmates together with our head teacher and our psychology teacher attended the meeting. At the meeting, we discussed some mental problems, which mainly referred not only to exam anxiety, wayward behavior and violent temper all leading to students’ unwillingness to communicate with others, but also to turning a deaf ear to their parents or teachers in the adolescent treachery period. But how do we deal with these problems? First, we are supposed to take an active part in all kinds of collective activities, and then stick to taking physical exercise regularly every day. Finally, we should learn to keep a positive and cheerful attitude towards our life.
