尽管用人单位很欢迎大三学生来实习，但大多数都要求按正常工作时间来上班。一旦实习工作任务过重，导致学习时间减少的话，他们应该放弃实习，以学业为重。

Zheng Zhihong, deputy director of the Employment Guidance Center at Jilin University, suggests students pay a personal visit to target companies.

吉林大学就业指导中心副主任郑志红（音译）建议学生们可以亲自去拜访自己心仪的公司。

“If there are only a few companies on your list, you can ask seniors or grads who are working there about the working environment,” Zheng said.

“如果你属意的只有几家公司，那么你可以向在那工作的大四学长或校友前辈来了解工作环境。”郑志宏说。

“Apart from seeing the office, you can also look around the neighborhood and get an idea of how affordable housing and dining are in that area,” said Zheng.

“除了亲自查看办公地点之外，你还可以去周边逛逛，了解一下那边吃饭、租房的价格如何。”

Improving your job-searching skills through other channels is another recommendation. “You can prepare for interviews by yourself or with the help of classmates,” said Cui.

此外还有一条建议，那就是通过其他渠道来提高你的求职技巧。崔春兰表示：“你可以自己准备面试，也可以寻求同学的帮助。”
