The Party’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection shall elect, at a plenary session, its standing committee, secretary, and deputy secretaries, and shall report the election results to the Central Committee for approval. Election results must go through the Party committee at the corresponding level and be reported to the Party committee at the next level up for approval. Committees of general Party branches and Party branches shall have in place discipline inspection commissioners.
