据《人物》（PEOPLE）报道，泰勒曾说：“感谢法官威廉·马丁纳（William J. Martinez）和陪审团的辛勤工作，感谢我的律师窦·博哲（Doug Baldridge）、丹尼·佛雷（Danielle Foley）、凯特·怀特（Katie Wright），谢谢他们与我并肩战斗，感谢他们为所有遭受性骚扰却沉默无言的人发声，特别感谢支持我度过四年来的艰辛和长达两年的审判的人们。”

'I acknowledge the privilege that I benefit from in life, in society and in my ability to shoulder the enormous cost of defending myself in a trial like this. My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard. Therefore, I will be making donations in the near future to multiple organizations that help sexual assault victims defend themselves.'

“我知道，在这场审判中，我能成功保护自己，得益于我在生活中、社会上、经济方面的巨大优势。我希望让外界听到更多人的声音。最近我会给各大机构捐款，帮助遭受性骚扰的受害者作出正当防卫。”

Baldridge also gave a brief statement outside of the courthouse. He said: 'I think it's a new day, because someone with the guts and the courage to stand up with absolutely no upside in doing so—that being Taylor Swift—has told everyone, 'This is it, the line's drawn.''

法庭外，博哲也作出了简短回应：“今天是全新的一天，尽管这样做并没什么好处，泰勒还是勇敢地站了出来，她告诉了所有人‘没得商量，凡事都有限度。’”
