在英式英语中，fringe 还可以指“头发的刘海儿”。请听例句。

单词 border 没有 fringe 的这几层含义，它是“国境、边界”的意思，指“将国家、地区、地域区别开的边线”。比如，形容词“cross-border”表示“跨国的”。请听几个例句。
