接下来的几年，姥姥渐渐没以前硬朗了，对亲人的思念却与日俱增，像一块巨石，压得她喘不过气来。终于，她病倒了。

In the next few years, grandma gradually became stronger than before, but her yearning for her family members grew day by day, like a huge stone, which made her breathless. Finally, she fell ill.

躺在病床上，她依旧和以前一样，看资讯，看天气预报，还时不时发出声音：“台湾气温降低了，会不会冷？”有时却是愤怒的声音：“台湾要搞台独，不行！”

Lying in the hospital bed, she is still the same as before, watching the news, watching the weather forecast, and occasionally making a voice: "Taiwan's temperature has dropped, will it be cold?" Sometimes it is an angry voice: "Taiwan wants Taiwan independence, no way!"

她的病越来越严重，以至于她不能看资讯，也不能听天气预报了。爸爸知道她关心台湾问题，每天都把最新消息告诉她。她把期待当作信念，面对着病魔的折磨，她靠着这种信念支撑着。看着她那样痛苦，我们全家人也跟着痛苦，可是却无法帮助她。

Her illness is so serious that she can't watch the news or listen to the weather forecast. My father knows that she cares about the Taiwan issue and tells her the latest news every day. She regards expectation as faith, and she is supported by this faith in the face of the suffering of the disease. Looking at her pain, my family followed her pain, but they couldn't help her.
