功劳。有人说“养眼工程”是双赢。而所谓的“双赢”是既美化了环境又从中捞了点什么。对于环境来说，赢得了清新怡人，而对于施工者，他们在施工的过程中，从买原料到工人工资中捞了不少好处。这非双赢而是双输。施工者输掉了品德而环境也因此尽失亮丽的色彩。

双赢的智慧无处不在，无论是自然还是人类社会都需要有双赢的智慧。而人人也要用双赢的智慧，但我们要用的适宜，要创造一个和谐完美的自然和社会。
