　　B：Mr.Johnson Brown from Chicago.Isnt he staying at thishotel?

　　A：Oh，yes，heres his name Mr.and Mrs. Johnson Brown and family.They are in Suite 705.Please wait a moment，let me phone himMr.Brown said hes waiting for you in his room.

　　B：Thank you.Would you please show me where the lift is?

　　A：OK.Step this way，please.Here it is.
