　　原料 ingredients： salad oil， salt， garlic， spring onions， a couple of eggs, some tomatoes.

　　步骤：step1.slice the tomotoes, chop the garlic and spring onions.

　　Step2. beat the egg

　　Step3. heat the wok

　　Step4. pour some salad oil in it

　　Step5. put in the eggs

　　Step6. scramble the eggs for 2min

　　Step7. add the tomato slice and fry together for 2 min

It is only on every noon at 12:30, and is replayed in the evening 10;30. it is popular among students, from high schools students to university students, and people who are interested in learning English often watch it as well.
