　　(一)依据提示补全短文

　　An earthquake struck this city，destroying_many_buildings_and_roads (毁坏了很多建筑和道路), and ①obviously the water and electricity supplies were cut off. The government took_immediate_action (立即采取行动) to help the people there. However (Therefore/However/But), at first, rescue workers couldn't get_in_touch_with (取得联系)the people there. ②Clearly the local people's life was greatly affected. 　　用“It is＋adj.＋that ...”句型分别改写句和句

　　(1)．.._it_was_obvious_that_the_water_and_electricity_supplies_were_cut_off.

　　(2)It_was_clear_that_the_local_people's_life_was_greatly_affected.
