Almost every morning for the last 25 years

I have exercised my body.

It is nothing too strenuous .

It is just a light workout to maintain my health.

I don’t do it to look good

Our bodies aren’t the only part of us that needs exercise,
需要锻炼的并不只是我们的身体
however.
其实
There is a far more important part of ourselves
还有令一种东西,是我们自身的组成部分
that we should exercise as well
我们也应该加以锻炼
and that is our souls.
那就是我们的灵魂
It is so easy to do too.
这也是一件轻松的事情
